Davy Textiles have been recycling fibrous materials since 1895. We have unrivalled knowledge and expertise on all forms of textile waste. We offer a sustainable service to our suppliers whilst offering our customers a price competitive fibre.
We work with over 30 different fibres within the Technical, Synthetic and Natural Fibres sphere. It is likely that we would be able to supply material matching your requirements. We have various grades of each fibre, to match the customers’ requirements. If there isn’t a grade suitable, we have total process flexibility and adaptive methods to develop a grade for your application. We are able to develop blends, fibre lengths, openness, colour, all with sustainability and quality control, central to the fibre development.
Every production step is monitored with full visibility and control methods throughout each step of processing, enhancing quality control. We understand that each customer has slightly different fibre grade requirements; at Davy Textiles we help by offering solutions and direction depending on the processing, and application of the fibre.

Davy Textiles originated in the wool trade; we received local wool thread waste and offered a garneting service to local spinning mills, enabling them to rework their wool into consumer products. Our methods and areas of expertise have expanded greatly throughout the last 100 years, but our goal remains the same; creating a sustainable option for our clients.
Davy Textiles is located in Bradford, West Yorkshire, UK. The manufacturing facility remains at the original site where the company was first established in 1895. Our processing, warehousing, development and offices are all situated on the same site.
